              火焰光度檢測(cè)器簡稱FPD,是六十年代末期才發(fā)展起來的一種具有高靈敏度、高選擇性的檢驗(yàn)器。所謂高選擇性是指檢測(cè)器只對(duì)含硫、磷化物有信號(hào)響應(yīng),因此也叫硫磷檢測(cè)器。

             滕州市翔鷹分析技術(shù)有限公司研制成功的是一種富氧、富氫焰型的GC7990雙光路雙火焰光度檢測(cè)器(GC7990DFPD)。該新型檢測(cè)器具有上、下兩個(gè)火焰,下火焰為一富氧焰,用于將有機(jī)硫、磷化合物及烴類氧化生成相應(yīng)的氧化物;上火焰為一富氫空氣焰,可將有機(jī)硫、磷氧化物還原為S2、HPO等化學(xué)發(fā)光分子。而烴類的氧化產(chǎn)物,如CO2、H2O等無光信號(hào),所以DFPD能夠排除烴類干擾,而選擇性地測(cè)量硫磷化合物。在作定量分析時(shí),硫信號(hào)嚴(yán)格與硫化物濃度的平方成線性關(guān)系(或信號(hào)的平方根與濃度成線形關(guān)系),對(duì)硫的響應(yīng)值是10-12克／秒,對(duì)硫的響應(yīng)值是10-11克／秒。同時(shí)該檢測(cè)器具有雙光路系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)一次進(jìn)樣同步檢測(cè)含硫和磷化合物。因此DFPD具有靈敏度高、選擇性好、響應(yīng)時(shí)間快、分析效率高、可以接毛細(xì)管柱、填充柱等特點(diǎn),所以在環(huán)境保護(hù)、工程科學(xué)、食品中的檢驗(yàn),以及農(nóng)殘留量檢驗(yàn)等方面得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。
