The analysis on sampling system is discussed and the requirements of the chromatographic system, and the operating conditions of flame photometry detector (FPD) having satisfactory choice. 10 x 10-6 H2S gas repeatability experiment, the variation coefficient was 0.2%, 0.6 ~ 1.1 in high purity ethylene sample x 10-6 H2S, recovery between 96 ~ 98.4%, establish method can meet the needs of the polyethylene production and raw material analysis.
滕州市翔鷹分析技術(shù)有限公司建立了用GC7990石英毛細管柱和火焰光度檢測器(FPD)測定高純度乙烯中微量H2S的氣相色譜分析方法.討論了該項分析對采樣系統(tǒng)及色譜系統(tǒng)的要求,并對FPD檢測器的操作條件進行了選擇.10×10-6 H2S標氣重復性實驗,變異系數(shù)為0.2%,測定高純度乙烯樣品中0.6~1.1×10-6H2S,回收率在96~98.4%之間,建立的方法可以滿足聚乙烯生產(chǎn)及原材料分析的需要.
