    據(jù)聯(lián)合工作組組長、*電子科技委副主任張琪介紹，中國物聯(lián)網(wǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)聯(lián)合工作組由*電子標(biāo)簽標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作組、資源共享協(xié)同服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作組，以及全國信息技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作組、全國工業(yè)過程測量和控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會共同倡導(dǎo)、發(fā)起。聯(lián)合工作組將緊緊圍繞物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展需求，統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃，整合資源，堅持自主創(chuàng)新與開放兼容相結(jié)合的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)戰(zhàn)略，加快推進(jìn)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的建設(shè)和相關(guān)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定，同時積極參與相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定，以掌握發(fā)展的主動權(quán)。

    近年來，國家*、*、*等相關(guān)部門分別支持了一批ＲＦＩＤ（電子標(biāo)簽）、傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)和智能傳感器項目，金卡工程還啟動了一批ＲＦＩＤ行業(yè)（地方）應(yīng)用試點工程，但大多應(yīng)用項目是以閉環(huán)應(yīng)用為主，規(guī)模化的應(yīng)用還處于起步階段。2009年8月，溫總理在視察無錫的時候提出“感知中國”的理念，標(biāo)志著政府對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)注和支持力度已提升到國家戰(zhàn)略層面。

    張琪表示，物聯(lián)網(wǎng)涉及面廣、影響大，從感知層、網(wǎng)絡(luò)層到應(yīng)用層，可謂*。在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作涉及方方面面，雖然目前國內(nèi)已經(jīng)成立或正在籌備成立相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作組，但各工作組專注于本領(lǐng)域，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定過程均獨立開展，急需在原有工作基礎(chǔ)上整合相關(guān)資源，建立協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)機(jī)制。

　　但“物聯(lián)網(wǎng)”真正引起中國公眾關(guān)注,則是從去年的8月開始。2009年8月7日,*總理到中科院無錫高新微納傳感網(wǎng)工程技術(shù)研發(fā)中心考察,在得知國內(nèi)傳感網(wǎng)核心技術(shù)不是處于zui水平后,*表示:“當(dāng)計算機(jī)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)大規(guī)模發(fā)展時,我們因為沒有掌握核心技術(shù)而走過一些彎路。在傳感網(wǎng)發(fā)展中,要早一點謀劃未來,早一點攻破核心技術(shù)。”溫總理指出,至少三件事情可以盡快去做:一是把傳感系統(tǒng)和3G中的TD技術(shù)結(jié)合起來;二是在國家重大科技專項中,加快推進(jìn)傳感網(wǎng)發(fā)展;三是盡快建立中國的傳感信息中心。隨后,*總理在11月3日發(fā)表了題為《讓科技中國可持續(xù)發(fā)展》的重要講話,在這次講話中,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)被列為國家五大新興戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。要求“著力突破傳感網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),早部署后IP時代相關(guān)技術(shù)研發(fā),使信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)業(yè)成為推動產(chǎn)業(yè)升級、邁向信息社會的發(fā)動機(jī)。”

　　溫總理的接連表態(tài)引發(fā)了國人對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高度關(guān)注,各界人士也紛紛各抒己見,見仁見智。*總工程師朱宏任表示,中國有關(guān)部門正在聯(lián)合開展包括物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在內(nèi)的新一代信息技術(shù)的研究,以明確其新的發(fā)展方向,并形成支持這些技術(shù)的新政策,進(jìn)而推動整個經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。中國移動總裁王建宙明確稱,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)商機(jī)無限,中國移動將以開放的姿態(tài),與各方竭誠合作。當(dāng)所有東西與人都“物聯(lián)之后”,手機(jī)將有望扮演“遙控器”的角色。

　　物聯(lián)網(wǎng)是繼互聯(lián)網(wǎng)之后的一個新時代。一直以來,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)因為沒有進(jìn)入普通大眾的生活而顯得很高深,那么除了概念上的描述,有沒有更具像的產(chǎn)品呢？讓我們看看剛剛在青島誕生的世界*“物聯(lián)網(wǎng)冰箱”。在日前舉行的海爾集團(tuán)科技大會上,海爾推出了*臺“物聯(lián)網(wǎng)冰箱”,為家電行業(yè)勾勒出了*張“物聯(lián)網(wǎng)”時代的實景圖:想做一頓豐盛的晚餐,卻不了解樓下的超市有些什么食材？不要緊,冰箱可以自己與超市溝通,足不出戶您就可以掌控整個超市商品信息;各種食物品類繁多,應(yīng)該如何選擇？不用想,冰箱會“告訴”食物您的習(xí)慣和喜好,讓食物合理組合,為您提供健康、營養(yǎng)的膳食方案;冰箱堆得東西很多,檢索保質(zhì)期太麻煩？沒關(guān)系,食物和冰箱可以進(jìn)行對話,食物的特征、產(chǎn)地、保質(zhì)期,冰箱了若指掌,您需要做的,只是接收冰箱反饋給你的信息,做出自己喜歡的決定……此外,這款“物聯(lián)網(wǎng)冰箱”還帶有網(wǎng)絡(luò)、瀏覽資訊、播放視頻等多項生活與娛樂功能,讓原本屬于生活電器的冰箱成為一個生活、娛樂綜合中心。

　　這一切曾經(jīng)在科幻小說中描述的場景,已經(jīng)真切的出現(xiàn)在現(xiàn)實生活中。這就是繼互聯(lián)網(wǎng)之后,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)將給我們生活帶來的變化。如果說互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是人人相聯(lián)的話,那么物聯(lián)網(wǎng)就是物物相聯(lián)、物人相聯(lián)。實際上,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的部分應(yīng)用已經(jīng)在我們身邊出現(xiàn),如電子病歷、門禁系統(tǒng)等。在未來,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)將應(yīng)用于交通、家居、環(huán)保、政務(wù)等各個方面。

　　目前來看,“物聯(lián)網(wǎng)”產(chǎn)業(yè)的zui大受益者是移動通訊運(yùn)營商。移動通訊運(yùn)營商是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的中間環(huán)節(jié),也是zui重要的環(huán)節(jié)。首先,所有物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的終端設(shè)備,包括RFID標(biāo)簽、讀寫器和無線傳感器終端都必須通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)來“互聯(lián)互通”,終端采集的數(shù)據(jù)必須通過無線的方式傳送到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上共享才有價值。而移動運(yùn)營商提供了一個現(xiàn)成的無線通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),*地成為“物聯(lián)網(wǎng)”網(wǎng)絡(luò)支撐體系。美國咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)FORRESTER預(yù)測,到2020年,世界上物物互聯(lián)的業(yè)務(wù),跟人與人通信的業(yè)務(wù)相比,將達(dá)到30比1,因此,“物聯(lián)網(wǎng)”被稱為是下一個萬億級的通信業(yè)務(wù)。

　　當(dāng)然,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展也不是一片坦途。在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)發(fā)展產(chǎn)品化的過程中,中國一直缺乏對一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的掌握,缺乏關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)是限制中國物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素之一。此外,目前,中國的RFID產(chǎn)業(yè)仍是一片混亂,技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還如鏡中之月。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化必然需芯片商、傳感設(shè)備商、系統(tǒng)解決方案廠商、移動運(yùn)營商等上下游廠商的通力配合,在體制方面還有很多工作要做,如加強(qiáng)廣電、電信、交通等行業(yè)主管部門的合作,共同推動信息化、智能化交通系統(tǒng)的建立,加*融合進(jìn)程。產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的合作需要兼顧各方的利益,而在各方利益機(jī)制及商業(yè)模式尚未成型的背景下,如何突破產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈之間的壁壘,也是制約中國物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的一個關(guān)鍵因素。隨著兩會的召開,這些體制上的問題有望逐步得到解
