| 簡介 | 冠狀動脈是供給心臟血液的動脈 ，起于主動脈根部 ，分左右兩支 ，行于心臟表面。冠狀動脈疾病發(fā)生和發(fā)展的一個主 要因素是由于血管平滑肌細胞轉(zhuǎn)變成為了具有繁殖能力的表型。近期的研究表明平滑肌細胞能表達鈣離子通道ICAM- 1和VCAM-1。其中ICAM-1和VCAM-1的表達可能是造成血管壁炎癥反應 ，并進一步造成血管疾病的原因 。因此 ， 對冠狀動脈血管平滑肌細胞的體外培養(yǎng)和研究可用來發(fā)現(xiàn)和確定新的冠狀血管疾病的靶向治療方法。 |
