建筑材料難燃性試驗(yàn)機(jī) 

符合GB/T8625、DIN4102《建筑材料難燃性試驗(yàn)方法》，在規(guī)定的條件下判定建筑材料是否具有難燃性，凡是經(jīng)過燃燒豎爐試驗(yàn)合格并能通過建筑材料可燃性試驗(yàn)的材料均可定為難燃性建筑材料。

本方法的試驗(yàn)裝置主要包括燃燒豎爐及控制儀表兩部分

一、建筑材料難燃性試驗(yàn)儀試驗(yàn)裝置:

1、燃燒豎爐：燃燒豎爐主要由燃燒室、燃燒器、試件支架、空氣穩(wěn)流器及煙道等部分組成。其外形尺寸為1 020mm×1 020mm×3 930mm。

2、燃燒室：燃燒室由爐壁和爐門構(gòu)成，其內(nèi)空尺寸為800mm×800mm×2 000mm。爐壁為保溫夾層結(jié)構(gòu)，爐門分為上、下兩門，分別用鉸鏈與爐體連接，其結(jié)構(gòu)與爐壁相似。兩門借助手輪和固定螺桿與爐體閉合。在上爐門和燃燒室后壁設(shè)有觀察窗。

3、燃燒器：燃燒器水平置于燃燒室中心，距爐底1 000mm處。

4、試件支架：試件支架為高1 000mm的長方體框架，框架四個(gè)側(cè)面設(shè)有調(diào)節(jié)試件安裝距離的螺桿，框架由角鋼制成.

5、空氣穩(wěn)流器：空氣穩(wěn)流器為一角鋼制成的方框，設(shè)置于燃燒器下方。方框底部鋪設(shè)鐵絲網(wǎng)，其上鋪設(shè)玻璃纖維氈。

6、煙道：燃燒豎爐的煙道為方形的通道，其截面積為500mm×500mm，并位于爐子頂部，下部與燃燒室相通，上部與外部煙囪相接。

二、建筑材料難燃性試驗(yàn)儀控制儀表：

燃燒豎爐的控制儀表包括流量計(jì)、熱電偶、溫度記錄儀及溫度顯示儀表等。

1、流量計(jì)：甲烷氣和壓縮空氣所用流量計(jì)，甲烷為6~60L/MIN可調(diào)，空氣為3~30L/MIN可調(diào)。

2、熱電偶：煙道氣溫度和爐壁溫度的測定均采用精度為Ⅱ級(jí)，外徑不大于3mm的鎳鉻—鎳硅鎧裝熱電偶。

3、溫度記錄儀及顯示儀表：溫度記錄儀采用精度為0．5級(jí)的可連續(xù)記錄的電子電位差計(jì)；溫度數(shù)字顯示儀的精度為±0．5％土一個(gè)字。兩種儀表與熱電偶配套并用。

The combustion furnace control instruments including meter, thermocouple, temperature recorder and temperature display instrument.

1, the flowmeter flowmeter: methane gas and compressed air, methane is 6~60L/MIN adjustable, adjustable air 3~30L/MIN.
