主要從事糖苷類(lèi)藥物以及糖中間體的研發(fā)工作.能夠完成克級(jí)制備到噸級(jí)生產(chǎn).凱森萊公司能夠根據(jù)客戶(hù)的需求及時(shí)地提供高質(zhì)量的糖類(lèi)中間體.例如:活化的糖基供體,包括溴代糖,硫代糖,三氯乙酰亞胺酯,糖醛酸,糖醇,糖稀,內(nèi)醚糖,去氧糖,氨基糖,糖的縮醛與縮酮衍生物以及糖苷和部分寡糖.
目前完成了糖類(lèi)藥物三芐糖苷,替尼泊苷和雷莫司汀的技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)工作, 實(shí)現(xiàn)了糖類(lèi)藥物金諾芬的中試生產(chǎn).解決了部分糖中間體,如D-單丙酮葡萄糖,乙基硫代-beta-D-半乳糖苷和異丙基硫代-beta-D-半乳糖苷(IPTG),生產(chǎn)中遇到的難題.其質(zhì)量和成本達(dá)到水平.部分糖苷酶底物如苯基-beta-D-葡萄糖苷,對(duì)甲氧基苯基-beta-D-葡萄糖苷,苯基-beta-D-半乳糖苷,對(duì)甲氧基苯基-beta-D-半乳糖苷,鄰硝基-beta-D-苯基半乳糖苷,對(duì)硝基苯基-beta-D-半乳糖苷, 以及其他許多硫代糖苷能夠公斤級(jí)供應(yīng).
