小鼠腹腔巨噬細胞和雜交瘤細胞樣品*次在較好的生長條件下進行培養(yǎng)。細胞生長在改良的動態(tài)細胞培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)內，該系統(tǒng)包含兩個細胞反應器，每一個反應器中有培養(yǎng)液儲存系統(tǒng)，換液系統(tǒng)，兩個細胞培養(yǎng)室及氣室。氣室中初始氣體為含8%CO2、25%O2的混合氣體；氣室與培養(yǎng)室之間有一層可以進行氣體交換的薄膜相隔。每一反應器中有一個培養(yǎng)室，由滲透泵驅動換液，培養(yǎng)液流速大約為60微升/天，稱為流動培養(yǎng)室。另一個非換液室稱為靜止培養(yǎng)室。溫控裝置維持培養(yǎng)室內溫度約為36±1℃，培養(yǎng)液儲存室溫度約為15±2°C。經過15天的空問飛行試驗表明我國自行研制的這一裝置基本適合巨噬細胞的培養(yǎng)，貼附在微載體上的巨噬細胞在改良的動態(tài)培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)內存活良好。裝置還需要進一步改進和完善。目前，一個更高水平和更大容量的細胞反應器正在研制中。原核細胞（prokaryotic cell）沒有核膜，遺傳物質集中在一個沒有明確界限的低電子密度區(qū)。DNA為裸露的環(huán)狀分子，通常沒有結合蛋白，環(huán)的直徑約為2.5納米，周長約幾十納米。沒有恒定的內膜系統(tǒng)，核糖體為70S型，原核細胞構成的生物稱為原核生物（prokaryote），均為單細胞生物，通常稱為細菌（bacterium）。
