本周四，美國(guó)將公布美聯(lián)儲(chǔ)偏愛(ài)的通脹數(shù)據(jù)——個(gè)人消費(fèi)支出(PCE)。其它數(shù)據(jù)方面，1月美國(guó)新屋銷(xiāo)售連續(xù)第二個(gè)月下降。美國(guó)商務(wù)部周一表示，經(jīng)季節(jié)調(diào)整後，美國(guó)今年1月新屋銷(xiāo)量按月降幅擴(kuò)至7.8%。新屋銷(xiāo)售的下降在很大程度上被歸咎于房屋短缺以及按揭利率上升。

此外，市場(chǎng)也消化了歐洲央行行長(zhǎng)德拉基周一發(fā)表的言論。德拉基表示，經(jīng)濟(jì)黯淡比預(yù)期的要嚴(yán)重，但他補(bǔ)充表示，“整體通脹率仍將繼續(xù)漸進(jìn)的上行調(diào)整”。

周一(2月26日)，亞市收盤(pán)上漲。日經(jīng)225指數(shù)收盤(pán)大漲260.85點(diǎn)，漲幅1.19%。香港恒生指數(shù)收盤(pán)大漲231.43點(diǎn)，漲幅0.74%。中國(guó)大陸股市周一也大幅上揚(yáng)。上證綜指收盤(pán)上漲1.25%，創(chuàng)業(yè)板大漲3.12%。

美股大幅調(diào)整期間，公司大量買(mǎi)進(jìn)股票

如果沒(méi)有公司大舉進(jìn)入，今年2月美股經(jīng)歷的大跌可能還要糟糕。本月初，隨著交易商和散戶(hù)投資者大量拋售股票，公司則大舉進(jìn)入。由于擔(dān)心股市市值過(guò)高及通脹大幅上行，2月初美股主要股指大跌逾10%，但近期收復(fù)了近一半失地。

高盛表示，在市場(chǎng)動(dòng)蕩之際，其回購(gòu)部門(mén)經(jīng)歷了zui忙碌的兩周。高盛預(yù)計(jì)，2018年美國(guó)公司股票回購(gòu)將大漲23%至6500億美元，很多公司會(huì)將回購(gòu)歸結(jié)于去年12月通過(guò)的稅改法案。

據(jù)高盛統(tǒng)計(jì)，今年以來(lái)美股回購(gòu)規(guī)模已經(jīng)達(dá)到1710億美元，創(chuàng)歷史新高。這一數(shù)字比近十年來(lái)美股同期回購(gòu)規(guī)模平均值(770億美元)的兩倍還要多。

伯克希爾哈撒韋CEO巴菲特表示，如果公司不能找到其它方式有效利用其大量現(xiàn)金儲(chǔ)備，將考慮股票回購(gòu)。

除了股票回購(gòu)，高盛還預(yù)計(jì)，2018年公司紅利將上漲12%至5150億美元，因美股收益大漲14%。

高盛預(yù)計(jì)，美國(guó)公司今年并購(gòu)將增長(zhǎng)16%至3600億美元，資本支出將增加11%至6900億美元。公司并購(gòu)及資本支出是公司重新投資自己業(yè)務(wù)所參考的指標(biāo)，而不僅僅是答謝投資者。
