美國威格士VICKERS比例閥和伺服閥按其功能可分為壓力式和流量式兩種。壓力式比例/伺服閥將輸給的電信號(hào)線性地轉(zhuǎn)換為氣體壓力;流量式比例/伺服閥將輸給的電信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為氣體流量。由于氣體的可壓縮性,使氣缸或氣馬達(dá)等執(zhí)行元件的運(yùn)動(dòng)速度不僅取決于氣體流量。還取決于執(zhí)行元件的負(fù)載大小。因此精確地控制氣體流量往往是不必要的。單純的壓力式或流量式比例/伺服閥應(yīng)用不多,往往是壓力和流量結(jié)合在一起應(yīng)用更為廣泛。
和伺服閥主要由電氣機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)換器和氣動(dòng)放大器組成。但隨著近年來廉價(jià)的電子集成電路和各種檢測器件的大量出現(xiàn),在1電氣比例/伺服閥中越來越多地采用了電反饋方法,這也大大提高了比例/伺服閥的性能。電氣比例/伺服閥可采用的反饋控制方式,閥內(nèi)就增加了位移或壓力檢測器件,有的還集成有控制放大器。
一、滑閥式美國威格士VICKERS方向比例閥
流量式四通或五通比例控制閥可以控制氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行元件在兩個(gè)方向上的運(yùn)動(dòng)速度,這類閥也稱方向比例閥。圖示即為這類閥的結(jié)構(gòu)原理圖。它由直流比例電磁鐵1、閥芯2、閥套3、閥體4、位移傳感器5和控制放大器6等贊成。位移傳感器采用電感式原理,它的作用是將比例電磁鐵的銜鐵位移線性地轉(zhuǎn)換為電壓信號(hào)輸出??刂品糯笃鞯闹饕饔檬牵?br />1)將位移傳感器的輸出信號(hào)進(jìn)行放大;
2)比較指令信號(hào)Ue和位移反饋信號(hào)Uf,得到兩者的差植U;
3)將U放大,轉(zhuǎn)換為電流信號(hào)I輸出。此外,為了改善比例閥的性能,控制放大器還含有對(duì)反饋信號(hào)Uf和電壓差 U的處理環(huán)節(jié)。比如狀態(tài)反饋控制和PID調(diào)節(jié)等。
