培養(yǎng)條件:37℃ 5% CO2
消化條件:0.25% (w/v) Trypsin-0.53mM EDTA溶液,消化3-8min

U-373 MG細(xì)胞,人腦神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤細(xì)胞形態(tài) 凍存保存方法:冷凍保存方法一:冷凍管置于4℃(30-60分鐘)→-20℃(30分鐘)→-80℃(16-18小時(shí)或隔夜) →液氮罐長(zhǎng)期儲(chǔ)存。冷凍保存方法二:冷凍管置于程序陣溫機(jī)中每分鐘降1-3℃至80℃以下,再放入液氮中長(zhǎng)期儲(chǔ)存。注意-20℃不可超過(guò)1小時(shí)以防止冰晶過(guò)大,造成細(xì)胞大量死亡,亦可跳過(guò)此步驟直接放入80℃冰箱中,但存活率會(huì)稍做降低一些。
