減壓閥DR10DP2-4X/25Y采用一次開閥和二次開閥連在一體,減壓閥DR10DP2-4X/25Y主閥和導(dǎo)閥分步使電磁力和壓差直接開啟主閥口。減壓閥DR10DP2-4X/25Y當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí),產(chǎn)生電磁力使動鐵芯和靜鐵芯吸合,減壓閥DR10DP2-4X/25Y導(dǎo)閥口開啟而導(dǎo)閥口設(shè)在主閥口上,減壓閥DR10DP2-4X/25Y且動鐵芯與主閥芯連在一起,減壓閥DR10DP2-4X/25Y此時(shí)主閥上腔的壓力通過導(dǎo)閥口卸荷,在壓力差和電磁力的同時(shí)作用下使主閥芯向上運(yùn)動,開啟主閥介質(zhì)流通。減壓閥DR10DP2-4X/25Y當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)電磁力消失,此時(shí)動鐵芯在自重和彈簧力的作用下關(guān)閉導(dǎo)閥孔,減壓閥DR10DP2-4X/25Y此時(shí)介質(zhì)在平衡孔中進(jìn)入主閥芯上腔,使上腔壓力升高,此時(shí)在彈簧復(fù)位和壓力的作用下關(guān)閉主閥,介質(zhì)斷流。減壓閥DR10DP2-4X/25Y結(jié)構(gòu)合理,動作可靠,在零壓差時(shí)工作也可靠。減壓閥DR10DP2-4X/25Y如:ZQDF,ZS,2W等。
