樣品中的有機(jī)物在紫外線及二氧化鈦廣催化的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳，采用電導(dǎo)率檢測技術(shù)測定二氧化碳，通過電導(dǎo)率傳感器檢測經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng)器氧化后的樣品總碳與電導(dǎo)率傳感器檢測未經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng)器氧化的樣品總無機(jī)碳之差，獲得樣品中總有機(jī)碳含量（TOC=TC-TIC）。
