利用調(diào)制葉綠素熒光技術(shù),測量野外自然水體或培養(yǎng)的微藻樣品的光合作用(葉綠素熒光誘導加淬滅分析、光響應曲線等),也可測量葉綠素含量,是進行野外光合作用研究的良好工具。除了測浮游植物外,可擴展探頭測量附著藻類或大型藻類。除了取水樣到樣品杯中測量外,可擴展探頭進行水下原位、連續(xù)測量,特別適合于連續(xù)監(jiān)測海洋、湖泊、水庫、河流等水體的葉綠素含量以及光合活性。

野外現(xiàn)場自然水體的光合作用檢測、葉綠素含量測定;室內(nèi)培養(yǎng)的微藻樣品的生理特性研究等。野外現(xiàn)場附著藻類(如底泥中的藻類)、大型海藻的光合活性測量;室內(nèi)大型海藻生理特性研究。野外現(xiàn)場水體光合活性、葉綠素含量的連續(xù)測定,包括垂直梯度分布和橫向分布。
可選附件1:攪拌器,可置于系統(tǒng)i的上部對水樣進行攪拌,帶內(nèi)置電池

可選附件2:球狀微型光量子探頭,可放入系統(tǒng)i的樣品杯中測量par,也可放入水面下測量水體光場
