固體絕緣材料電阻測定儀

一  概述 
本儀器既可測量超高電阻，又可測極微弱電流。采用了大規(guī)模集成電路以及的技 術(shù)，使儀器體積小、重量輕、準(zhǔn)確度高。以數(shù)字液晶顯示電阻并同時(shí)直接顯示流過被測電阻的電流。電阻量程從1×104Ω ～1×1018Ω， 電流測量范圍 為2 ×10-4A ～1 ×10-16A。機(jī)內(nèi)測試電壓為DC10V、50V、100V、250V、500V、1000V。
本儀器具有精度高、顯示迅速、穩(wěn)定性好、讀數(shù)方便, 適用于防靜電產(chǎn)品 如防靜電鞋、防靜電塑料橡膠制品、計(jì)算機(jī)房防靜電活動地板等電阻值的檢驗(yàn)以及絕緣材料和電子電器產(chǎn)品的絕緣電阻測量。本儀器除能測電阻外，還能直接測量電流如電子器件暗電流等。

三  主要應(yīng)用范圍 
   材料高阻測試測量如防靜電產(chǎn)品（防靜電鞋、防靜電塑料橡膠制品、計(jì)算機(jī)房防靜電活動地板等）電阻值的檢測；材料體電阻(率)和表面電阻(率)測量；電化學(xué)和材料測試,以及物理,光學(xué)和材料研究;微弱電流測量如光電效應(yīng)和器件暗電流測量。

 五  工作原理  
        根據(jù)歐姆定律，被測電阻R等于施加電壓V除以通過的電流I。即

        傳統(tǒng)的儀器的工作原理是測量電壓V固定，通過測量流過被測物體的電流I以標(biāo)定電阻的刻度來讀出電阻值。從上式可以看出，由于電流I是與電阻成反比，而不是成正比，所以電阻的顯示值是非線性的，即電阻無窮大時(shí)，電流為零，即表頭的零位處是∞，其附近的刻度非常密，分辨率很低。整個(gè)刻度是非線性的。又由于測量不同的電阻時(shí)，其電壓V也會有些變化，所以普通的高阻計(jì)的精度是很難提高的。 
       ZST-121體積、表面電阻率測定儀是同時(shí)測出電阻兩端的電壓V和流過電阻的電流I，通過內(nèi)部的大規(guī)模集成電路完成電壓除以電流的計(jì)算，然后把所得到的結(jié)果經(jīng)過A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后以數(shù)字顯示出電阻值，即便是電阻兩端的電壓V和流過電阻的電流I是同時(shí)變化，其顯示的電阻值不象普通高阻計(jì)那樣因被測電壓V的變化或電流Ｉ的變化而變，所以, 即使測量電壓、被測量電阻、電源電壓等發(fā)生變化對其結(jié)果影響不大，其測量精度很高。從理論上講其誤差可以做到零。而實(shí)際誤差可以做到千分之幾或萬分之幾。

一、安裝調(diào)試：協(xié)助試驗(yàn)機(jī)的安裝，負(fù)責(zé)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的運(yùn)輸、調(diào)試。

二、驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：試驗(yàn)機(jī)按訂貨技術(shù)附件進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。終驗(yàn)收在買方進(jìn)行，對用戶提供的試樣進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，并提供測試報(bào)告。
