一、用途：

   ZJC-100KV由電腦控制，數(shù)據(jù)采集方式通過光電隔離，有效解決試驗(yàn)過程中的抗干擾問題，軟件操作使用方便，能夠?qū)崟r(shí)顯示動態(tài)曲線，同時(shí)升壓速率無級可調(diào)，可以根據(jù)自己的需要進(jìn)行升壓速率調(diào)節(jié)，調(diào)節(jié)范圍在0.1KV-3KV/S，使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準(zhǔn)確，并能夠準(zhǔn)確測出漏電電流的數(shù)據(jù)?？蓪?shí)時(shí)繪制試驗(yàn)曲線，顯示試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，判斷準(zhǔn)確，并可保存，分析，打印試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。并且能夠自動判別試樣擊穿并采集擊穿電壓數(shù)據(jù)及泄露電流，同時(shí)能夠在擊穿的瞬間電壓迅速降低自動歸零。軟件系統(tǒng)操作方便，性能穩(wěn)定，安全可靠。

    1、試驗(yàn)在試驗(yàn)箱中進(jìn)行，試驗(yàn)箱門打開時(shí)電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側(cè)無電壓。100KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗(yàn)箱壁的zui近距離大于270mm，50KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗(yàn)箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗(yàn)時(shí)即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險(xiǎn)。

    4、直流試驗(yàn)放電報(bào)警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗(yàn)時(shí),當(dāng)開啟試驗(yàn)門時(shí)設(shè)備會自動報(bào)警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報(bào)警會自動取消.(注：因?yàn)橹绷髟囼?yàn)后不放電會危險(xiǎn)到人安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成傷害)。
