| I. Background | |
| HHLA2（也稱為 B7H5、B7H7 或 B7y）是 B7 家族的一員，它是 I 型跨膜蛋白，由具 有串聯(lián) IgV1-IgC-IgV2 結(jié)構(gòu)域的細(xì)胞外部分、跨膜區(qū)域和細(xì)胞質(zhì)尾部組成。HHLA2 低表達(dá) 于胎盤、腸道上皮細(xì)胞等，高表達(dá)于多種實(shí)體瘤（如肺癌、乳腺癌、結(jié)直腸癌、腎癌）及 炎癥微環(huán)境。HHLA2 具有雙向免疫調(diào)節(jié)功能：結(jié)合抑制性受體 KIR3DL3（NK 細(xì)胞）和未 知 T 細(xì)胞受體，傳遞抑制信號(hào)，減弱抗腫瘤免疫應(yīng)答；通過(guò)受體 TMIGD2 激活 PI3K-AKT 通路，促進(jìn) T 細(xì)胞存活及記憶形成。 | |
