hGPA33/MC-38
| I. Background | |
| GPA33（Glycoprotein A33）是一種細胞表面糖蛋白，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族（IgSF） 成員。GPA33 的胞外區(qū)包含免疫球蛋白樣結構域，介導細胞間相互作用；胞內區(qū)較短，可 能通過與其他信號分子相互作用傳遞信號。GPA33 最初在結腸癌細胞中被發(fā)現，并在正常 結腸上皮細胞中也有表達。GPA33 因其在結直腸癌中的高表達和特異性，成為癌癥診斷和 治療的潛在靶點。GPA33 的功能主要與細胞間相互作用、信號傳導和細胞粘附相關。它在 維持上皮細胞的結構和功能中起重要作用，同時也參與腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展和轉移。 | |
