PRP和PRP采血管
PRP為Plaet-rich plasma的縮寫，中文為“高濃度血小板血漿”，PRP具有迅速止血、止痛、加速傷口愈合的作用。PRP的意思是富血小板血漿，PRP血清因子更是明星永葆青春的秘密，PRP自體血清注射回春術(shù)用自身血液制作出富含高濃度血小板和自身生長因子的血漿，重新注射到組織中，PRP自體血清注射回春術(shù)提高皮膚內(nèi)膠原蛋白和彈力纖維的含量。利用少量自身血液用高科技分離技術(shù)，使用BD362761/362760/362753系列PRP采血管，可分離出含高濃度細(xì)胞生長因子的富血小板血清“Plaet-Rich Plasma”，簡稱PRP。然后再注入肌膚，其活性PRP內(nèi)里蘊(yùn)藏多種皮層生長及修復(fù)因子，能修補(bǔ)衰老受損肌膚，激活皮膚細(xì)胞功能，改善新陳代謝，讓肌膚注滿能量并得以再生，延緩衰老。接受ACR-PRP激活肌膚療程后，一般于數(shù)周至一個月骨可見肌膚質(zhì)素有多方面的改善，包括彈性、光澤度、緊致度和嫩滑程度等，讓肌膚煥發(fā)青春神采。
BD Vacutainer® CPT™系列英文描述 BD Vacutainer® CPT™ is a fully-closed system for separation of mononuclear cells from whole blood, where cell separation is carried out in the primary blood collection tube. This decreases the complexity of steps for mononuclear cell separation, thereby minimizing variability from sample processing.
CPT™ is an evacuated, sterile blood collection tube containing buffered sodium citrate or sodium heparin anticoagulant, liquid density medium and an inert gel barrier. It is intended for the collection of whole blood and the subsequent separation of mononuclear blood cells for the purposes of in vitro diagnostic examination.
Whole blood is drawn directly into the CPT™ using standard phlebotomy techniques and processed in the same tube. During centrifugation, the gel forms a physical barrier between the mononuclear cells in plasma and the erythrocytes and granulocytes. The separated, concentrated suspension of mononuclear cells in plasma can then be transported in the primary blood collection tube.
