應用案例：
夫妻的精子或胚胎通常存放在-196℃的液氮罐中。當吸管破裂，被污染的人體材料,將排放到液氮中。在使用低溫保存骨髓袋后，乙型肝炎的污染情況,即是此種方式。同樣的情況也會發(fā)生在吸管保存的精子或胚胎上。如果患者想將精子或胚胎儲存在液氮中，它們需要事先經過檢查。
