1)校準

出廠校準

（校準模式下） 功能鍵 Calibration → 上下鍵選擇Фtarget ball → OK → 上下鍵選擇 Factory calibration → OK。

零點校準
（校準模式下） 功能鍵 Calibration → 上下鍵選擇Фtarget ball → OK → 上下鍵選擇 ZERO only → OK → 校準點 0.0um → OK → 把鋼珠放在探頭上測量 N 次 →OK。

多點校準（零點+1 點校準）

（校準模式下） 功能鍵 Calibration → 上下鍵選擇Фtarget ball → OK → 上下鍵選擇 ZERO only + 1 point → OK → 校準點 0.0um → OK → 把鋼珠放在探頭上測量N 次 → OK → 1 點校準----um → OK → 把標準箔和鋼珠放在探頭上測量 N 次→ OK → 如果屏幕顯示數(shù)值與標準箔數(shù)值相符， OK → 如果屏幕顯示數(shù)值與標準箔不相符，上下鍵調(diào)整數(shù)值至相符 → Ready
使用多種校準箔進行多點校準，步驟同上。

2) 刪除功能
MINITEST 7200 FH 測量模式下
刪除單個讀值
功能鍵選擇 Statistics → 選擇 Readings → 上下鍵選擇要刪除的讀值 → 選擇Help/Extras → 上下鍵選擇 Delete reading → OK → ESC。
刪除所有讀值
功能鍵選擇 Statistics → 選擇 Help/Extras → 上下鍵選擇 Delete all readings →OK →OK → ESC。
MINITEST 7400 FH 測量模式下
刪除單個讀值
功能鍵選擇 Statistics → 選擇 Batch → 選擇 Readings → 上下鍵選擇要刪除的讀值 → 選擇 Help/Extras → 上下鍵選擇 Delete reading → OK → ESC。
刪除當前組所有讀值
功能鍵選擇 Statistics → 選擇 Help/Extras → 上下鍵選擇 Delete all readings →OK →OK → ESC。
刪除一個組
功能鍵選擇 Main menu → 選擇 Data base → 上下鍵選擇要刪除的組 → 選擇Actions → 上下鍵選擇 Delete → OK → ESC → ESC。

3) 用戶選項
測量模式
功能鍵選擇 Main menu → 上下鍵選擇 Setup → OK → 上下鍵選擇 Userpreferences → OK → 上下鍵選擇要設(shè)置的項目 → OK → 上下鍵調(diào)整要更改的參數(shù) → OK。

4) 配置
測量模式
功能鍵選擇 Main menu → 上下鍵選擇 active batch → OK → 上下鍵選擇configuration → OK → 出現(xiàn) target ball size, data logging mode, graphics, ……,upper spec. limit, lower spec. limit, set point → 上下鍵選擇要更改的配置 → OK → 上下鍵調(diào)整參數(shù)或 Ready.
