Determination of bacteria in water 

Testing principle 

The principle of extinction dilution method was used in the determination of bacteria in water by test bottle method. The water sample to be determined will be injected into the test bottle step by step with sterile syringe for dilution, and each test bottle will dilute the number of bacteria in the water sample by 10 times. Until there is no bacterial growth in the last test bottle, then calculate the bacterial content in the water sample according to the dilution multiple. 

If the liquid in fb-hx iron bacteria test bottle shows black or brown colloid precipitation, or the red brown of the original liquid disappears into transparent clear liquid, it indicates the growth of iron bacteria.

測試原理

釆用絕跡稀釋法原理，用試瓶法測定水中細(xì)菌。待測水樣用無菌注射器逐級注入試瓶稀釋，每一試瓶稀釋10倍。直到后一個測試瓶中沒有細(xì)菌生長，然后根據(jù)稀釋倍數(shù)計(jì)算水樣中的細(xì)菌含量。
FB-HX鐵細(xì)菌測試瓶中的液體岀現(xiàn)黑色或棕色膠體沉淀,或原液體的紅棕色消失變?yōu)橥该髑逡赫?均表示有鐵細(xì)菌生長。
