中國倉鼠卵巢(CHO)細胞培養(yǎng)基

中國倉鼠卵巢(CHO)細胞是生物加工和藥物研發(fā)的熱點。這些細胞生長穩(wěn)健，并能大量生產(chǎn)各種高水平的重組糖蛋白。但每種CHO細胞克隆對營養(yǎng)的需求各不相同。導致CHO細胞培養(yǎng)基的優(yōu)化非常具有挑戰(zhàn)性，通常需要為每個特定克隆開發(fā)相應的培養(yǎng)基。

傳統(tǒng)配制培養(yǎng)基的方法是逐個調整培養(yǎng)基成分以確定配方。其過程涉及大量測試條件和時間。為了解決這個問題，Sigma-Aldrich提供了一系列工具讓您可以針對特定的CHO克隆比以往更輕松、快捷地開發(fā)優(yōu)化的培養(yǎng)基配方。

培養(yǎng)基選擇信息

FDA要求所有新藥達到嚴格的安全要求。含有重組蛋白的外源生物制劑感染患者的潛在風險是他們擔心的問題。細胞培養(yǎng)過程中使用的動物源組分和添加劑是在cGMP生產(chǎn)設施中制造的這些藥物可能的生物污染源。

使用CHO細胞產(chǎn)生重組蛋白是一個復雜的過程。細胞系（來源于細胞庫）的生長和產(chǎn)率在產(chǎn)生特定蛋白前必須充分解析和了解。單一的介質配方無法滿足所有情況下的需求。所以需要平衡大產(chǎn)量與監(jiān)管機構的安全要求。Sigma的CHO配方提供從*營養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)基到*特異性培養(yǎng)基的選擇。這在大的生產(chǎn)率和外部制劑大安全性之間達到了很好的平衡。

產(chǎn)品C 1707含有動物源成分。產(chǎn)品C 5467，C8730和C9098不含動物源成分。產(chǎn)品C 4726不含動物源成分和任何化學成分，如植物水解產(chǎn)物。不介意動物源成分的客戶可先嘗試C 1707。希望不含動物源成分的客戶在初始實驗中應使用C5467。
