目前,主流的伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器均采用數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器)作為控制核心,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)比較復(fù)雜的控制算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和智能化。功率器件普遍采用以智能功率模塊(IPM)為核心設(shè)計(jì)的驅(qū),IPM內(nèi)部集成了驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,同時(shí)具有過電壓、過過熱、欠壓等故障檢,在主回路中還加入軟啟動(dòng)電路,以減小啟動(dòng)過程對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)器的沖擊。
功率驅(qū)動(dòng)單元首先通過三相全橋整流電路對(duì)輸入的或者市電進(jìn)行整流,得到相應(yīng)的直流電。經(jīng)過整流好的三相電或市電,再通過三相正弦PWM電壓變頻來驅(qū)動(dòng)三相永磁式同步交流伺服電機(jī)。功率驅(qū)動(dòng)單元的整個(gè)過程可以簡(jiǎn)單的說就是AC-DC-AC的過程。整流單元(AC-DC)主要的拓?fù)潆娐肥侨嗳珮虿豢卣麟娐贰?/p>
隨著伺服系統(tǒng)的大規(guī)模應(yīng)用,伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器使用、伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器調(diào)試、伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器維修都是伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器在當(dāng)今比較重要的技術(shù)課題,越來越多工控技術(shù)服務(wù)商對(duì)伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器進(jìn)行了技術(shù)深層次研究。
伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器是現(xiàn)代運(yùn)動(dòng)控制的重要組成部分,被廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)機(jī)器人及數(shù)控加工中心等自動(dòng)化設(shè)備中。尤其是應(yīng)用于控制交流永磁同步電機(jī)的伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)外研究熱點(diǎn)。當(dāng)前交流伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器設(shè)計(jì)中普遍采用基于矢量控制的電流、速度、位置3閉環(huán)控制算法。該算法中速度閉環(huán)設(shè)計(jì)合理與否,對(duì)于整個(gè)伺服控制系統(tǒng),特別是速度控制性能的發(fā)揮起到關(guān)鍵作用。
配的伺服電機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)器工作原理是怎么樣的?
伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器(servo drives)又稱為“伺服控制器"、“伺",是用來控制伺服電機(jī)的一種控制器,其作用類似于作用于普通交,屬于伺服系統(tǒng)的一部分,主要應(yīng)用于高精度的定位系統(tǒng)。一般是通過位置、速度和力矩三種方式對(duì)伺服馬達(dá)進(jìn)行控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)定位,目前是傳動(dòng)技術(shù)的產(chǎn)品。

伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器的工作原理

般PLC的輸出具有一定的驅(qū)動(dòng)能力,而通常的直流輸出接口的負(fù)載能力僅為十幾—幾十伏特、幾十—幾百毫安;但對(duì)于功率步進(jìn)電機(jī)則要求幾十—上百伏特、幾安—十幾安的驅(qū)動(dòng)能力,因此應(yīng)該采用驅(qū)動(dòng)器對(duì)輸出脈沖進(jìn)行放大。?
伺服機(jī)構(gòu)的步進(jìn)電機(jī)無脈沖輸入時(shí)便停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),伺服執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)定位。當(dāng)伺服執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的位移速度要求較高時(shí),可以用PLC中的高速脈沖發(fā)生器。不同的PLC其高速脈沖的頻率可達(dá)4000—6000Hz。對(duì)于自動(dòng)線上的一般伺服機(jī)構(gòu),其速度可以得到充分滿足。
如伺服機(jī)構(gòu)采用硬件環(huán)行分配器,則占用PLC的I/O口點(diǎn)數(shù)少于5點(diǎn),一般僅為3點(diǎn)。其中I口占用一點(diǎn),作為啟動(dòng)控制信號(hào);O口占用2點(diǎn),一點(diǎn)作為PLC的脈沖輸出接口,接至伺服系統(tǒng)硬環(huán)的脈沖輸入端,另一點(diǎn)作為山社步進(jìn)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向控制信號(hào),接至硬環(huán)的相序分配控制端。
伺服系統(tǒng)采用軟件環(huán)行分配器時(shí),將PLC控制的開環(huán)伺服機(jī)構(gòu)用于某大型生產(chǎn)線的數(shù)控滑臺(tái),每個(gè)滑臺(tái)僅占用4個(gè)I/O接口,節(jié)省了控制系統(tǒng),其脈沖當(dāng)量為0.01~0.05mm,進(jìn)給速度為Vf=3~15m/n,*工藝要求和加工精度要求
步與伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器的區(qū)別在于:
1.轉(zhuǎn)速要求不同:步進(jìn)適合低轉(zhuǎn)速場(chǎng)合,轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)整范圍較小的場(chǎng)合。伺服電機(jī)可控轉(zhuǎn)速較大的場(chǎng)合。
2.可控可靠性不同:因?yàn)樗欧姍C(jī)有反饋信號(hào),因此在控制系統(tǒng)里里,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)高可靠性控制。
3.輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩要求不同:目前國外和國內(nèi),步進(jìn)電機(jī)最大系列為130框。最大輸出靜轉(zhuǎn)矩為50牛/米。伺服電機(jī)可以有180框以上,60牛/米以上的輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩可選。
的控制系統(tǒng)由可編程控制器、環(huán)行脈沖分配器和步進(jìn)電機(jī)功率驅(qū)動(dòng)器組成,控制系統(tǒng)中用來產(chǎn)生控制脈沖;通過plc編程輸出一定數(shù)量的方波脈沖,控制山社步進(jìn)電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)角進(jìn)而控制伺服機(jī)構(gòu)的進(jìn)給量;同時(shí)通過編程控制脈沖頻率就是伺服機(jī)構(gòu)的進(jìn)給速度,環(huán)行脈沖分配器將可編程控制器輸出的控制脈沖按步進(jìn)電機(jī)的通電順序分配到相應(yīng)的繞組。
的步進(jìn)電機(jī)可以采用軟件環(huán)行分配器,也可以采用硬件環(huán)行分配器。采用軟環(huán)占用的PLC資源較多,特別是步進(jìn)電機(jī)繞組相數(shù)M》4時(shí),對(duì)于大型生產(chǎn)線應(yīng)該予以充分考慮。采用硬件環(huán)行分配器,雖然硬件結(jié)構(gòu)稍微復(fù)雜些,但可以節(jié)省占用PLC的點(diǎn)數(shù)。
